KASCADES, located inside the Crown Plaza Hotel. Owned by the dynamic duo Karen and Bernie Stallings, this exciting venue is already making waves with its exceptional ambiance and lively energy, promising to become a standout destination in the area!

June started with a special brunch appearance by Erica Conwell, MS Hampton Roads Black, just a quick visit before heading to nationals. I’m thrilled to share Erica placed fourth runner up for MS Black United States 2025. Congratulations, well done beautiful queen on your first national pageant appearance.

The atmosphere at KASCADES was nothing short of fabulous as guests gathered at Virginia Beach’s newest social hub for a memorable White Brunch experience. Nestled inside the Crown Plaza Hotel, KASCADES offers a unique blend of wellness conversations, networking opportunities, and chic supper club ambiance. Guests raved about the delectable brunch spread—highlighted by perfectly crafted waffles—courtesy of Mr. Bernie’s talented chef team. The culinary excellence was matched by a soulful live performance from a solo saxophonist, who set the mood with smooth jazz and R&B, even leading the crowd in a lively sing-along. The event was filled with positive energy, great conversation, and meaningful connections, making KASCADES as an exciting new space to gather, grow, and vibeout!

KASCADES Hip Hop & RNB Bingo Party Recap: The excitement was sky-high on Saturday, June 28th as the neighborhood gathered once again at KASCADES for its first-ever Hip Hop & RNB Bingo Party. The evening was electric, featuring Tom Swoopes, a live DJ, and an incredible drummer who kept the crowd vibing. Guests enjoyed karaoke, dancing, and a delicious dinner, with lucky bingo winners walking away with cash prizes. The energy was joyful, and everyone left with a smile.
